Robert T. Speller Jr, founded TATG over 17 years ago in 1995. Starting with small business and startups he had spent over 17 years helping new entrepreneurs get their businesses off the ground, my providing affordable accounting & accounting systems implementation. He spent the first few years of his business getting certified in programs such as QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online, Netsuite, Xero,Dynamics 365,Dynamics GP/SL and many other third-party applications such as Expensify, Hubdoc and Fishbowl.

Mr. Speller also spends his time volunteering various non-profit organizations to help cottage industries get on their feet, providing mentoring to a number of business owners is putting systems together to streamline their businesses.

Cindy Fields

Chief Financial Officer

Cindy Fields, our CFO, has spent over two decades in similar positions in a number of companies, including Fortune 500. She has also developed our new program, Smart Finances for Business, which will cover analyzing investments, applying market intelligence in financial decisions, tax law for business owners and a variety of other topics. Ms. Fields also advises our clients on a number of financial and investment matters.

In her spare time, Cindy enjoys days at the beach with her two sons, and spends time volunteering with Newborns in Need and Habitat for Humanity. She is a skilled fiber artist and enjoys wine tastings at area wineries.
